Vision and Mission of the College Vision To become a centre of Academic excellence, comparing favouraly with the best of similar institutions in Su-Saharan Africa, in the study of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies/Education Mission - To provide high quality education, and especially in Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies.
- To help overcome the strong prejudices for western Education, especially among Muslim communities in Kwara State and Nigeria generally.
- To encourage the active acquisition of the Education alongside or in addition to adequate Islamic education (training and culture), through the College Programmes.
- To assist in the development of middle manpower for the judiciary towards quick dispensation of justice, a necessary ingredient for ensuring Peace and Security.
- To assist in programming towards accelerating national growth and development through the development of God-fearing and morally sound manpower appropriate equipped to participate fully in every aspect of socio-economic and political life of modern Nigeria.
